Order Policy
Performing a payment on our website constitutes a legal and binding agreement. This agreement is between You and Dynamic Solutions, and not any single person employed by our company. Performing a sale also means that you accept all term, conditions and policies herein. Please Read ALL Terms and agreements before purchasing from our site.
Order Terms
Orders will be processed within 2 days of payment clearing. Orders that are returned to us due to notices left, or not picking up package at the post office will be kept for a period of 15-days or a total of 25 days from delivery date, whichever comes first. In which, the customer must contact us to ship item out again for an additional shipping charge. At the end of the 15-day period, if no response, customer forfeits order and must re purchase the item at the full price at that time, to be eligible to receive shipment.
Refund Policy
We do not accept any returns for any Opened or OEM Software.
For Payments using PayPal & Google Checkout we will only refund if there has been some problem with your order (ie. you are billed twice) If you decide to change your mind, and (10 days since your purchase, or if your order has not yet been shipped) we will refund your purchase less 8% of total order on all stocked items (software, hardware, accessories, etc.)
For all oders that deal with web related items (ie. SEO solutions, Security solutions, E-commerce & website design) we will refund your total purchase price less 5%.
All Domain Registration purchases are final, due to being a fixed cost to us.
We have a 30-day Money Back guarantee on our web hosting packages. We will refund your money for any reason less any overages including $7.50 Domain Registration, as this is a fixed cost to us, and your Domain in registered to you for the entire year. Shipping Policy
We use FedEx, UPS, DHL & USPS as our shipping methods. Most software is shipped Free of charge via FedEx or UPS Ground. Shipping to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii will incur a shipping charge and will be calculated after order has been processed. You will be notified of shipping fee after your order has been accepted and must pay for shipping before order will be completed. All software that requires shipping within the United States, please allow up to 10 day for receipt, unless otherwise stated in the product description or agreed upon method between us and the buyer. Once order has been shipped, buyer will receive confirmation via email with tracking number, which can be used to track product online.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed incorrectly due to a typographical error, DM Computers shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product.
